Get Raw Outputs Data from the Module.
Arguments: self (Object): Reference to IO Instance.
Returns:
Dict:
• brake (Float) – Motor Holding Brake State.
• brake_fault (Integer) – Motor Holding Brake Fault State.
• digital (Integer) – Voltage State of Outputs.
• digital_faults (Integer) – Fault State of Outputs.
• success (Boolean) – Successfully retrieved Outputs Data, True or False.
